  P31 Fitness is about empowering women of all ages to  experience freedom Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, and Spiritually  through a unique fitness environment.

Women from different walks of life come together for encouragement and support in all areas of health.

Each class is a time that women can push one another to their  full potential, hold one another accountable, learn from one another,  and enjoy their fitness experience.

A time to use your creative gift & talents while enjoying the company of others!  Whether it is scrapbook, card making, crochet, quilting, cross stitch, Bible journaling or something else this is your time!

The Fourth Friday every month from 5:00 PM - Midnight in the FLC.
